ROCHESTER, NY — Dr. Charles T. Lunsford No. School 19 reopened on Friday after being closed on Thursday due to a water main outage.

The outage occurred on Reynolds Street on the city’s southwest side and affected water service at nearby schools 19 and 30. The Willie Walker Lightfoot R-Center was also closed Thursday.

The district partnered with the Boys and Girls Club on Genesee Street to provide grab-and-go breakfasts and lunches to students at School 19 on Thursday.

Reynolds Street between Flint Street and Seward Street was closed in both directions for repairs but has reopened.
