SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – Shreveport Police responded to reports of a stabbing on Oakwood Drive just after 10:30 p.m. on November 2.

CRIME IN ARKLATEX

Police say Jaminah Clark, 17, was involved in a fight during which she allegedly pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim.

In attempting to place Clark under arrest, SPD says she demonstrated verbal and passive resistance and failure to comply with commands. They were finally able to take her into custody.

Clark was charged with aggravated battery with a dangerous weapon and resisting an officer. The victim is expected to recover.
