A 31-year-old man has appeared in court charged with two sex crimes involving young girls.

Alexander Dale, of Adamsdown, Cardiff, is charged with sexually assault an 11 year old girl while walking her dog alone in Pontprennau, Cardiff, on October 25.

He also faces a separate charge of inciting a child to engage in sexual activity following an incident involving a 15-year-old girl on a bus between Barry and Cardiff on October 23.

He did not enter a plea at the hearing at Cardiff Magistrates’ Court and will appear at Cardiff Crown Court on November 29 following a full psychiatric assessment.
