Adele Kisses Meryl Streep at Her Residence: “What AF—ing Honor!”

Yes, even celebrities have their favorite celebrities.

Adele gave his favorite celebrity, Meryl Streepa hug on Friday, November 1, during his residency in Las Vegas, Nevada.

In a posted video via the “Hello” singer was performing at her Weekends with Adele show at Caesars Palace, when she spotted the iconic actress in the audience. Adele, coincidentally, was dressed as Streep’s character Madeline Ashton from the 1992 film Death Becomes Her.

In the video, Adele bows to the Oscar winner, before shouting: “What an honor, I love you!” The two embraced and Streep, 75, hugged Adele and clapped before the musician continued her performance.

This isn’t the first time a major celebrity has shown up at the singer’s longtime residence. Superstar Celine Dion showed up on her show on Saturday, October 26, bringing Adele to tears.

Dion, 56, and Adèle kissed as the crowd applauded. Dion held Adèle’s face in his hands, then gave her a kiss on the hand in this emotional moment. The “My Heart Will Go On” singer attended the show with her two sons, Nelson and Eddy, both 14 years old.

In shared show footage viaAdèle told the crowd: “Give it up for Ms. Celine Dion!” as she returned to the stage.

Dion later shared her experience via Instagram, praising Adele for her performance.

“Adele, we are so grateful to you for welcoming me and my family to the Coliseum for your incredible show! » Dion wrote in her November 1 post. “Your performance was spectacular, your production was so beautiful. We loved seeing and hearing you sing…it was such an emotional evening for all of us.

The Coliseum, where Adele resides, was coincidentally built for Dion’s Las Vegas residency in 2003.

Adele recently made headlines after sharing an update on her recovery after suffering from an ear infection. The Grammy winner opened up about the painful experience during her Oct. 25 concert.

“I actually have an ear infection, which is pretty bad. I’ve never had an ear infection before,” she said, according to a fan’s video on social media. “It’s the most painful thing that’s ever happened to me in my life. It was worse than childbirth.

She explained that while touring Munich this summer, she contracted a “rare bacteria in the water.”

“(It’s) difficult to treat, so I took the wrong antibiotics for a few days,” the singer said. “They managed to give me one and it started working. “I don’t have any pain anymore, which is good, (but) I’m a little deaf in my left ear.”
