The Tennessee Titans’ resilience is finally paying off

The Tennessee Titans have faced plenty of adversity this season, but it paid off in their Week 9 win over the New England Patriots.

Despite a 38-point loss in Week 8 against the Detroit Lions, the Titans put that poor performance behind them and won against the Patriots.

After the victory, coach Brian Callahan praised his team for the resilience they showed.

“It was a really resilient performance from our guys,” Callahan said via team reporter Jim Wyatt. “Going to give up a ball at the last second to tie the game and then having to go to overtime and then answer. I thought we really did a good job for the first time all year of really complementing each other when something was happening If something bad happened, we picked them up, if something didn’t go well on offense or defense, our special teams played well. It was important for us to see that happen and to see our team play well. guys playing the way I know we’re capable of playing, it was really good.”

The win ended a three-game losing streak for the Titans and tied them with several other NFL power players with two wins.

However, unlike most of these teams, the Titans now have some momentum to work with heading into the second half of the season. This win should be able to boost morale as the team heads into tough games for the remainder of November.

THE Titans will look to put their resilience into practice this week as they begin preparing against quarterback Justin Herbert and the Los Angeles Chargers. Kickoff is scheduled for Sunday at 3:05 p.m. CT on FOX.
