HDFC Bank has issued a scheduled downtime notification for UPI services in November 2024

HDFC Bank has scheduled a brief maintenance window for its UPI services in November 2024, with the aim of improving the quality and reliability of its digital banking experience. Certain UPI Features, including financial and non-financial transactions, will be temporarily unavailable on all platforms during this time.

Scheduled Downtime Notification for HDFC Bank UPI Services – November 2024

To continue improving banking services, HDFC Bank will carry out essential system maintenance on the following dates:

• November 5, 2024 from 00:00 to 02:00 IST (2 hours).
• November 23, 2024 from 00:00 to 03:00 IST (3 hours).

Services concerned

During these scheduled downtimes, the following UPI services will be temporarily unavailable:

• Financial and non-financial UPI transactions for HDFC Bank current and savings accounts, as well as RuPay credit card holders.
• UPI transactions on HDFC MobileBanking, Gpay, WhatsApp Pay, Paytm, Shriram Finance, Mobikwik and Kredit.Pe for all HDFC Bank UPI users.
