Who needs Maya Rudolph when you can show the real thing?

American vice president and Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris should appear on “Saturday evening live“, according to a person familiar with the matter, the latest Oval Office hopes to visit the show during an election year in an effort to gain support and generate new publicity for a campaign. It was played during the season ongoing series – its 50th – by former actor Rudolph.

A new schedule released by the Harris campaign said the vice president would fly from Charlotte, North Carolina, where she was attending an event, and travel to New York on Saturday evening, landing at 7:21 p.m. This would probably give him enough time to get to Studio 8H in BNCat the Rockefeller Center headquarters, where “SNL” is produced, before the show’s usual start time of 11:30 p.m. Harris was not scheduled to leave New York until 12:40 a.m.

CNN and the New York Post reported that Harris was scheduled to appear. Representatives for “Saturday Night Live” did not respond to questions.
