Helene Hunt lets himself be carried away by the memories of Tornado.

The actress, 61, appeared at a special screening of the hit 1996 disaster film in Rhode Island Comic Strip Friday, November 1st. During a pre-selection question-and-answer session, the Crazy about you the star remembered her special on-screen chemistry with her partner Bill Paxtondied of complications surgery in 2017 at the age of 61.

Hunt also revealed that she and Gertz were responsible for ensuring that their dynamic was never “mean,” despite playing two women in love with the same man.

“There’s very little that I take credit for in this movie, because it’s so much bigger than me,” Hunt said. “But that I’ll take some credit for that, because there are some things in the storyline where I’m a little bit mean to her, she’s with me, and we looked at each other and we were like, “I don’t want to see it “. ”

“It was both of us who said, ‘This is not how we make the public want to watch these two women,’” she remembers.
