    The Raiders have the answer to stop the Bengals

    The Las Vegas Raiders will travel to Cincinnati this Sunday to face the Bengals. The last time the Raiders visited Cincinnati was in the 2021 AFC Wild Card round. The Bengals eliminated the Raiders that season.

    For this Raiders defense, the challenge will be preventing Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow from getting the ball to his two main weapons, Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins.

    The Bengals have a lot of talent on the offensive side of the ball, but so do the Raiders on defense. The Raiders cornerbacks are playing good football. For Burrow, it won’t just be about catching and throwing against this Raiders secondary.

    “We have to prepare. We have to focus and stay focused,” the Raiders cornerback said. Jakorian Bennett. “They’re probably one of the most talented groups we’re facing this year. So, certainly explosive receivers, fast and strong, but you know coach is following a good plan. You just have to go out there and to do it.

    This Raiders secondary has excellent communication, which will be key in stopping the Bengals passing attack.

    “Honestly, just keep it basic, the basics. I’m not going to say too much. We have a job to do. So we all know what the job is. Go out there, do what we do, and attach. That’s our job.

    Despite how this season has gone for the Raiders, the defense has stayed together and continues to play well.

    “It’s just a testament to Coach AP’s ability. We’re just focused on going 1-0 every week. I’m not too worried about the pass. Like I said before, we still have work to do to do. We can’t stay at home.. We have to focus on what we control now, train hard Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and then to make Sunday easy.

    Bennett has shown a lot of improvement on the field this season.

    “I know the work I’ve done. I’m not surprised by what I’m doing. Neither are my teammates. I’m just trying to do my part, you know, so I can help add some wins. Come on- y and attack.
