Two people were seriously injured following a collision involving a motorcycle and two pedestrians in Mississauga Friday evening.

Peel police say it happened shortly after 9 p.m. near Dixie Road and Derry Road East.

The motorcyclist was transported to a trauma center with life-threatening injuries.

Two pedestrians were also taken to trauma centers, one with life-threatening injuries and the other with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

The circumstances leading to the accident are still under investigation. Police are asking anyone with information or dashcam footage who may have been in the area at the time of the crash to contact them.
