Victoria Beckham sticks to what she knows best when it comes to diet.

“Actually, it’s easy because we eat the same breakfast,” Beckham’s longtime friend said. Eva Longoria said the Daily Mail in an interview published Thursday October 31. “We both love egg whites and avocado. … It makes excellent egg whites and avocados.

Beckham, 50, will later enjoy steamed fish and vegetables for dinner.

“She’s easy. It’s actually the opposite,” added Longoria, 49. “Actually, she’s easy, not difficult.”

Victoria’s diet had already caused friction with her husband of 25 years, David Beckham.

“Unfortunately, I’m married to someone who’s been eating the same thing for 25 years,” David joked during a February 2022 episode. “Table 4” podcast. “Since I met her, she only eats grilled fish and steamed vegetables, she very rarely deviates from them.”

According to the retired soccer star, Victoria last stepped out of her comfort zone during her pregnancies.

“Probably the only time she shared something that was on my plate was actually when she was pregnant with Harper, and it was the most amazing thing,” David joked. “It was one of my favorite nights. I don’t remember what it was but I know she hasn’t eaten it since!

David and Victoria share four children: Brooklyn, 25 years old, Romeo, 22 years old, Cruz, 19 years old and Harper, 13 years old. The fashion designer doesn’t often cook for his family, however.

“Mom, you I can’t even make cereal” Harper joked in a September 2023 social media video. “Well, you can do Chicken Kiev, but that’s from M&S (grocery store).”

Victoria understood and captioned her post: “I understand, I don’t know how to cook!!! »

David proved to be a force in the kitchen, which he also brought to Brooklyn.

“I started cooking during confinement. I did it every day. I had a glass of wine (and) cooked for my fiancée,” Brooklyn said. Vogue in December 2021, referring to the current wife Nicholas Peltz Beckham. “I was cooking every day, just having fun with it (and) Nicola started filming me, and I started posting it, and people started really liking it. And then I thought, you know what, I can actually get something out of this. I’ve never enjoyed doing something like this so much.

He added: “I just like making people happy, so it’s the second thing I get to do in my life, apart from spending time with (Nicola), which takes me out of the world.”
