A trailer for a whole slew of Marvel Television shows has been released – including the first look at Iron Heartwho should play the main role RuPaul’s Drag Race star Shea Coulée.

Starring Dominique Thorne as RiRi Williams, who first appeared to help save Wakanda in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (2022), Iron Heart is about to follow the tenacious inventor as she follows in Iron Man’s footsteps to build an awesome suit of armor.

The first look at the six-part series, set for release on June 24 next year, has been released as a teaser for a slew of upcoming Marvel series, including What if… season three and Wonderful man.

The images tease new armor, made by RiRi herself, and the series’ big bad, Anthony Ramos’ The Hood.

Although Shea Couleé isn’t actually featured in the teaser, this is the first public look at the series since the All stars 5 the winner was announced as a star in 2022.

No concrete details have been revealed regarding Shea’s character, but many fans are convinced she will play the mutant drag queen Shade. The series would also feature an “intelligent and confident” trans woman, according to a casting call in 2022 – and Iron Heart added later non-binary trans actress Zoe Terakes.

As reported Deadline While footage from the series was first shown at D23, Riri Williams is trying to “get out of a creative rut.”

“She skips class and focuses all her energy – and her university’s resources – on her next project…becoming “undeniable.”

Iron Heart also stars Lyric Ross, Regan Aliyah, Alden Ehrenreich, Manny Montana, Matthew Elam and Anji White.

The trailer also gives a glimpse of Daredevil: Born Again – who has already been compared to queer fan favorite X-Men ’97.
