Lincoln-Sudbury Field Hockey Takes First Place in MIAA Division 1 Field Hockey Brackets

Commonwealth field hockey teams now know their path to a state championship. It’s a day late after court injunction delayed release of mediabut the seeds are now planted.

Lincoln-Sudbury finished an undefeated regular season and earned the No. 1 seed in the Division 1 tournament.

There are 18 regional teams that have a chance to win trophies. Hudson and Holliston will meet in a Division 3 preliminary round match, while Nipmuc and Medway have a rematch scheduled in the round of 16.

Here’s where the rest of the MetroWest and Greater Milford teams are ranked:
