LIVE: Can the Dodgers finish off the Yankees and win the World Series?

THE Los Angeles Dodgers are looking to finish off the New York Yankees in Game 5 of the World Series.

The Dodgers, leading the best-of-7 series 3-1, are one win away from winning their first World Series since 2020, eighth in franchise history. In addition to fighting for the Commissioner’s Trophy, a Dodgers victory means Los Angeles will host its first in-person World Series parade since 1988.

When the Dodgers last won the Fall Classic in 2020 against the Tampa Bay Rays in the COVID-19 bubble in Arlington, Texas, fans back home in Southern California were deprived of an in-person parade due to the pandemic.
