Instructions

First, prepare the rice crispy topping.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Add the cooked and cooled rice to the baking sheet. Mix well with soy sauce, chili crisp and sesame oil. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. Remove from the oven once the rice is crispy and set aside.
