Of course, the high price tag comes with impressive amenities, including a state-of-the-art gym and spa, as well as a private theater.

The airy interior of the lavish home, which was designed by luxury homebuilder Bart Reines Luxury Homebuilder with interiors by Antrobus Design Collective, was complemented by rich, meticulously planned details.

“We designed this modern tropical home with a sophisticated mix of materials, including Ipe wood, Perlato marble, dark bronze doors and window frames, and metal accents,” said Raphael Levy, principal at Choeff Levy Fischman Architecture + Design, to Page Six in a press release Friday.

It’s no surprise that the former professional soccer player chose to purchase property in Miami, since he is a co-owner of the professional soccer team Inter Miami CF, which he founded in 2018.

He would have paid only $25 million to start the team, and it’s now reportedly worth $1.02 billion.

David and his wife Victoria, 50, have a reported net worth of $514 million.

The daily mail reported they used their wealth to buy their new Miami mansion in cash.
