A massage therapist is accused of sexually assaulting a client several times during treatments in Ajax.

Durham Regional Police said an investigation into the man, who worked as a massage therapist at a physiotherapy business in the area of ​​Harwood Avenue S. and Emperor Street, was launched on Oct. 2.

A client contacted police, alleging she was sexually assaulted “multiple times” while undergoing treatment, Const. Nicholas Gluckstein said in a statement released Friday.

A suspect was subsequently identified and arrested on Thursday.

Nicholas M Luck, 50, of Whitby, is charged with three counts of sexual assault.

Gluckstein said the defendant has since been released on recognizance.

Fearing there were other alleged victims, investigators released a photo of the accused.
