A person was rushed to hospital with serious injuries following a stabbing Sunday in East Vancouver.

Police are investigating a stabbing incident that occurred in the 200 block of Keefer Street, off Main Street, the Vancouver Police Department said on the social media platform X just before 1 p.m.

“The victim was taken to hospital with serious injuries,” it read.

Police said no arrests have been made and the motive is unknown at this time.

“Officers are collecting evidence and more information will be released when it becomes available,” the post said.
