Vicki was a supporter of RAFA International and a supporter of American Indians. She was a big supporter of Tunnel to Towers because of her childhood in New York and her feelings for the innocent victims we lost on September 11, 2001.

Vicki had a quick wit, a dry sense of humor and expressed interest in politics, different points of view and world events. She placed a high value on honesty, kindness, giving, sharing and improving the lives of those less fortunate than herself. Vicki appreciated the simple things, like the beauty of the sunrise and sunset, home cooking for herself and those she loved. Vicki loved playing Pinochle, Canasta, Backgammon and Monopoly. She was a tough, no-nonsense, but loving and gentle woman who loved life and those in her life. Vicki was also not afraid to speak her mind and express her point of view. The legacy she leaves is one of love, giving, sharing, caring and peace that will sustain all of us who adore her and mourn for her.

Vicki often said the following:
“Life is short, eat dessert first!” »
