The rankings for the first round of the College Football Playoff have been revealed and the Tennessee Volunteers have found out their rankings.

College football is heading into Week 11 and that means the first release of the College Football Playoff rankings will take place this week. The committee will release its first round of rankings Tuesday evening and provide a first look at how the playoffs are currently playing out.

This is also the first year of the 12-team College Football Playoff. This means there is a wider range of teams that will be in the College Football Playoff conversation. Right now, the Tennessee Volunteers are ranked in the top 10 according to the AP Poll, but where will the College Football Playoff committee place the Volunteers?
