Reno Recipes Chefs Create Warm Ham and Honey Pasta and Almost Forget the Honey

RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – Check out this delicious dish from Reno Recipes chefs Jonathan Chapin and Daryl Butterfield.

Ingredients:

  • Cooked pasta (of your choice)
  • Diced ham
  • Linguine
  • Shallot
  • Garlic
  • Rosemary
  • Thyme
  • Sweet peppers
  • Mandarin
  • Thick cream
  • Mama Rays Seasoning
  • hot sweetheart
  • Parmesan
  • Chardonnay

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, add the shallot and garlic.
  2. When translucent, add the sweet peppers and ham.
  3. Deglaze with the tangerine juice and wine.
  4. Reduce.
  5. Add the cream.
  6. Reduce.
  7. Add the cheese and herbs.
  8. Pour the sauce over the noodles.
  9. Top with warm honey and cheese.
