While on the road promoting his latest solo single Born With A Broken Heart, Damien David did a cover of Die With A Smile by Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars.

THE Maneskin the frontman discussed the two pop megastars’ summer single for SiriusXM, as well as playing Born With A Broken Heart live while he was there (unsurprisingly, both are great).

Speaking about Born With A Broken Heart, Damiano previously said that the track was written while he was “coming out of a very dark place, I felt emotionless and I was afraid that I had lost my ability to feel the things, whether good or bad.

“This was happening as I was beginning the most meaningful relationship of my life and the fear of not being able or ready was great,” he continued. “I think the song was a way to make sense of what I was feeling and look at it from a less scary perspective. I’m happy to say that today I don’t feel that way, but I think a lot of people can relate to the feeling of not being good enough.
