Savannah Guthrie Supported by Fans as Today Hosts Discuss Tough Week Ahead

It’s a difficult and stressful week for Today Show TV hosts and anchors across the country, just one day away from what is being hailed as the most important and consequential election of our lifetimes.

Four years ago, when President Joe Biden defeated Donald Trump in the 2020 elections, it was only five days after polling day, Saturday, November 7, that he was confirmed the winner.

Now, while there is reason to believe the final screening won’t take that long, ahead of busy, sleepless nights ahead, Savannah Guthrie shares an encouraging message with fans.

Savannah took to Instagram on Monday and shared a photo with a message of hope, the words, “May we love, as you love,” displayed on the exterior walls of a church.

She then wrote in her caption: “Like this week,” alongside a yellow heart emoji, and her fans and colleagues were quick to take to the comments section below the post with words of support.

Her co-star and good friend Jenna Bush Hager — including the twin sister Barbara Bush recently broke with his family’s famous Republican politics and supported the vice president Kamala Harris — wrote: “I love this song, this church and you.”

Others followed suit, saying, “Praying for you. Presenting the news with honesty and integrity is harder than it should be these days” and: “Anxiety is real. Almost as if there is no good outcome…or at least no trouble-free outcome. I just pray for peace, love, kindness and sanity,” as well as: “Praying for our country and praying for you!” »

Hoda reported that new polls “show Vice President Harris has a historically significant lead among women who say reproductive rights are their issue.”

This was most recently evident in the famous Selzer poll released Saturday night in Iowa, which predicted a surprising increase “among older women and independent women,” and a three-point lead for Harris over Trump in that typically state. red.
