The Bruins are changing things in a big way

The Boston Bruins’ start to the season hasn’t been great, and there’s no denying that. Before last weekend, they were 4-6-1 and at the bottom of the Atlantic Division. However, they are now beginning to radically change the situation.

The Bruins weekend couldn’t have gone better. They first defeated the Philadelphia Flyers by a final score of 3-0. They then followed it up with a solid 2-0 win against the Seattle Kraken. With this, they are now 6-6-1 and fourth in the Atlantic Division.

Although the Bruins still have work to do, this weekend was a big step in the right direction. They now trail the Toronto Maple Leafs and Tampa Bay Lightning by just one point, so they’re down to two of their tough division rivals.

The Bruins will now look to continue their momentum from here. They face the Maple Leafs, then face three teams that missed the playoffs last season: the Calgary Flames, Ottawa Senators and St. Louis Blues. So the possibility of staying warm is there.

Now we’ll have to wait and see how the Bruins play from here. If they can string together a few more wins during their next streak, they will be in a very good position again.
