The best way to celebrate corn is with this delicious sweet, spicy and crunchy dish known as Chinese style corn bhel. It’s a delicious blend of fresh corn kernels, potato pieces and sev, all mixed with tangy chutney and spices.

Sabudana Vada

Sabudana Vada is a crunchy, crispy and incredibly tasty Indian appetizer. It can be enjoyed alone or with tomato ketchup or spicy green chutney. To prepare this dish, soak the sabudana (tapioca pearls) in water until it becomes soft enough that it can be easily mashed. Once softened, mix it with rice flour, chaat masala, coriander leaves, chopped green chilies, peanuts or cashew nuts, salt, red chili powder, hing (asafoetida ) and more rice flour before shaping them into vadas. They are best served hot.

The mixture is mashed and combined with salt, garam masala and chili paste, then coated in a mixture of flour and breadcrumbs before being fried until crisp. Serve them hot, with tomato ketchup or a dip.

Schnitzel pizza

This dish is sure to impress adults and children alike. Short rib pizza is a quick and easy meal that uses simple ingredients. It consists of a mixture of tomato ketchup, grated cheese, onion, capsicum (bell pepper) and sweet corn, as well as oregano, chili flakes, salt and pepper. This mixture is sandwiched between slices of bread, folded into a cutlet shape, then fried.
