Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of raping 10-year-old boy in new costume

Sean “Diddy” Combs was charged of sexually assaulting a 10-year-old boy, according to a new complaint in the cascade of lawsuits filed against him.

This complaint, filed in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, is the latest from lawyer Tony Buzbee, who announced in early October his intention to file 120 new lawsuits against the tycoon in the coming months. It’s one of two lawsuits filed Monday in New York, with another accuser claiming he was sexually assaulted by Combs in 2008 while auditioning for “Making the Band” when he was 17.

According to the first trial, examined by Varietya certain John Doe who currently resides in California claims that an alleged assault took place in 2005. At the time, he was 10 years old and wanted to become an actor and/or rapper.

In an effort to support their son’s career aspirations, the boy’s parents hired an industry consultant who recommended they fly from their home in Los Angeles to New York to meet industry figures musical. During the trip, the consultant arranged for Combs to meet the young boy for an “audition,” and Combs asked to meet the boy alone before meeting the family.

The consultant took the boy to Combs’ hotel room and left him alone with him. The boy performed a few rap songs for Combs, who told him he could “make him a star” and asked him how bad he wanted it. According to the complaint, “the plaintiff responded, like any ten-year-old child, that he ‘would do anything.’

Another person present then gave the boy a soda, which he drank. Shortly after, he began to feel “a little funny”, which the plaintiff’s lawyer said was due to the drink being laced with drugs “including, but not limited to, GHB and/or ecstasy.” After consuming the soda, Combs allegedly told the boy to come closer to him and pushed him down, telling him something along the lines of “you have to do things you don’t want to do sometimes.”

Once pushed down, Combs exposed his penis and told him to “kiss it.” After he refused, Combs apparently forced him to perform oral sex, and the boy lost consciousness shortly afterward. When he came to, “Combs’ pants were undone, and his anus and buttocks hurt a lot.” He cried and said he wanted to see his parents, to which Combs told him that if he said something to anyone he would hurt his parents.

When he returned, the consultant found that he was “very shaken” and took him back to his parents, who found that he was “lethargic and acting differently”. Since the alleged assault, John Doe has suffered from “severe depression and anxiety, which leaves him feeling hopeless and tired.”

In the second lawsuit filed today in New York, another John Doe claims Combs forced him to perform oral sex on him during a 2008 audition for “Making the Band” when he was 17. During the three auditions, Combs allegedly forced him to engage in sexual acts with himself and his bodyguard, referred to as “T”, as a test to see how much he wanted to succeed in the acting industry. music. After visually expressing his discomfort and hesitation with the situation, Combs told the John Doe that he would “keep an eye” on him, which ultimately led to his elimination from the competition.

In response to the first lawsuit, Combs’ representatives shared a statement with Variety disavow the allegations. “The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as his constant appearances in the press and his 1-800 number make clear. As we have said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to seemingly ridiculous or blatantly false claims. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the legal process. In court, the truth will prevail: Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone, male or female, adult or minor.

The latest complaint echoes a similar complaint filed last week, when a Jane Doe accused Combs of drugging and raping her when she was 13, under the gaze of an anonymous male and female celebrity.

Combs is currently incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, after being arrested on September 16 by Homeland Security on charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges. Combs was denied bail by two separate judges and is expected to remain behind bars until his trial in May next year. If convicted of racketeering, Combs could face life in prison.
